Your Chair Should Be Where You Make Money, Not Where You Make Reels

There is a very specific kind of tired that comes from running a salon or beauty business.

It is not just the full appointment book.
It is not just the back-to-back clients.
It is not just the messages, reschedules, product orders, team questions, and last-minute openings.

It is the fact that somewhere in the middle of all of that, you are also expected to be the content creator.

You are supposed to film the transformation.
Take the before photo.
Capture the consultation.
Record the colour mixing.
Make the Reel.
Write the caption.
Post the story.
Answer the DMs.


And somehow still stay present with the person sitting in your chair.

But your chair should be where you make money.
